With an impressive career in football coaching spanning over four decades, Dickson brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise from his work across England, USA and Malta.

Dickson is recognised for his dedication to the sport and his commitment to developing players at all levels. His extensive background and proven track record in football coaching make him an invaluable addition to the Arundel FC family.

Dickson has been involved with English clubs, Crystal Palace, Croydon FC, Bromley FC (Academy), and Clapton FC during his managing and coaching career, and has been able to utilise his UEFA A Coaching Licence to oversee management of first team squads in Malta and the USA.

Dickson is proactive and a resourceful manager who has previously been able to quickly gain the trust and commitment of senior and youth players through excellent communication and leadership skills. He prioritises hard work, cooperation, and teamwork across all training sessions and match days, to facilitate an ongoing synergy and promote a winning mentality amongst his squads.
